REQUESTING FINAL INPATIENT GUARANTEE LETTER
- Final Guarantee Letter (FGL) upon discharge can be requested through (1) Dashboard or (2) Admission Timeline tabs in the panel hospital module
- All FGL will be reviewed within 1 hour of the submission time, however the turn-around time (TAT) also depends on the bill size/amount, number of attending doctors, number of procedures done and etc.
1. REQUESTING FINAL GUARANTEE LETTER FROM "DASHBOARD"
- From Dashboard > Second Panel > Current Admission click on Actions to request final GL.
- Click on Request final GL.
- Click on Download Doctor Discharge Form.
**Note: This form MUST be completed by all relevant attending doctor(s)** - Complete the discharge date and final bill amount fields, then click on Next to upload all necessary documents. Required documents include: -
- Completed Doctor Discharge Form
- Final bill invoice with breakdown
- Necessary reports (blood test, radiology reports and etc.)
- To review the request by clicking Next, after uploading the necessary documents.
**Note: Information can be amended by clicking on Edit** - Click on Submit for approval after checking all information and documents.
- The status of the FGL will be displayed in Dashboard tab under third section Final Guarantee Letters.
- FGL can be printed by clicking View GL.
- Original copies of the uploaded documents MUST be sent and posted to HealthMetrics for validation.
2. REQUESTING FINAL GUARANTEE LETTER FROM "ADMISSION TIMELINE"
- Final GL can be requested through Admission Timeline by clicking on Request Final GL icon.
- Follow Step 3 to Step 9 mentioned above.
