We are introducing an important update to our system to improve the consistency and accuracy of diagnosis entry. Starting 2nd December 2024 (Monday), the following changes will take effect:
ICD-10 Standard Adoption: All diagnosis entries will now align with the ICD-10 coding standard.
Free-text entry for diagnoses and symptoms will no longer be allowed in the system, as users will now be required to select from a standardized list of ICD-10 codes to ensure consistency and accuracy in data entry.
Select from ICD-10 List: All diagnosis entries will now align with the ICD-10 coding standard. You must select the appropriate diagnosis/symptom from the ICD-10 list provided.
Note: For previous tickets that use the ICPC code, the existing information will remain unchanged. However, starting from 2nd December 2023 (Monday), any edits to these tickets will require selecting from the ICD-10 list instead of the old ICPC code.
You can also visit the ICD-10 Full Reference List (click here) for reference purposes.
We appreciate your attention to these updates and your support in implementing them smoothly.
