This section will be where the clinic has to verify or check-in a member and complete the claim submission in the portal.
Member verification or patient check-in
Step 1: Click on ""
Step 2: Click on “Patients”
Step 3: Select the clinic location from the drop-down menu (if applicable)
Step 4: Insert IC number [Local member]or Passport number [foreign member] and click on "Search"
Step 5: Click "Check-in" to view the balance of patient
Note: Once you click on “Check-in”, the client will be notified of the check-in.
Below (Example 1.1 and Example 1.2) are some important messages on companies policy that serves as a reminder after "Check-in".
Step 6: Click on "Understood"
