This section will be where the clinic has to verify or check-in a member and complete the claim submission in the portal.
Step for claims and billing submission:
Step 1: Click on ""
Step 2: Input doctor, consultation & diagnosis details (Section 1)
- Was consultation provider - Y/N
- Diagnosis/symptoms & consultation price
- Referral to specialist - Y/N (If yes, type/paste in doctor’s notes)
- Click on “Next” to proceed
Step 3: Complete the MC details (Section 2)
- Is a medical certificate (MC) issued - Y/N
- The start dates
- The end dates
- Additional remarks (if any)
- Click on “Next” to proceed
Step 4: Complete the treatment/procedure and prescription details (Section 3)
i. Treatment/procedure
ii. Prescription
- Generic/Original medic
- Quantity
- Dosage (optional)
- Amount charged (RM)
iii. Click on “Next” the last step!
Note: Repeat Step 4(i) and 4(ii) in Treatment #2 if there is additional treatment
Step 5: Check the covered amount and the amount to be paid by patient
Step 6: Tick "" to confirm the information is accurate
Step 7: Lastly, click on ""
Pro-Tips:
i. For incomplete claims, you can click on, and return to Dashboard to complete the claim when it is convenient
ii. You can view the claim summary by clicking before submitting the full claim
