Check for patient's covered and uncovered treatments

1. Firstly check-in the patient by clicking New check-in from the portal/system
   
   
   
2. Then obtain the patient's IC/passport no. and then key in and Search
   
   Only IC or passport numbers can be searched
   
   
3. Under Treatment listing all the covered and uncovered treatment listings will be shown. Green tick means covered and red cross means uncovered. 
   
   
   
   
4. Once everything has been confirmed and if the patient wants to proceed to seek treatment click on Check-in
   
   
   
5. Proceed to Check-in step as shown in this article here: Registering & checking patient's GP entitlement
