This guide explains how to request a Guarantee Letter, providing clear step-by-step instructions for panel providers to follow the process smoothly.
Step by Step
1.) Access the HealthMetrics Portal by logging in to your authorized panel provider account using your credentials. Healthcare Partner
2.) Under the Homepage, kindly click the Health Screening module.
3.) Click the menu toggle at the top left and find the Health Screening Tab. Next, you may request the Guarantee Letter by going to 2 places: A) Dashboard Tab or B) Patients Tab.
A. Dashboard Tab: Click the New Check-In button at the top of the Pending Submission window
B. Patients Tab: Click the Patients Tab and fill in the Searched ID field to begin a request for a Guarantee Letter.
4.) Enter the patient’s IC or passport number and click the search icon. Patient details will appear right below.
5.) Click the green button to check in the patient and request a GL.
6.) Once clicked, a pop-up box will appear where you can view the patient’s health screening entitlement details. Click Yes when the patient is present in the hospital.
Note: You can only apply for a Guarantee Letter when the patient is physically at the hospital. Otherwise, the portal will display a prompt.
7.) Click the green Submit button. A pop-up box will then appear to notify you that the GL has been approved.
Kindly note that the Guarantee Letter for health screening is automatically approved by the system upon check-in and can only be done by the Hospital Team. No other party is allowed to request it on behalf of the patient.
8.) Next, click the blue Understood button, and the GL will be ready on the right page under the Pending Submission window.
9.) The requested GL will be ready on the right page under the Pending Submission window and ready to be printed.
