HealthMetrics allows hospitals up to 7 working days from the expiry date to submit a late claim for a Health Screening. Claims submitted after this period may risk being denied.
Step by Step
1.) Go to the Dashboard Tab on the left side of the menu toggle.
2.) Next, locate the Late Submission windows under the Dashboard page. Click the Submit late claim to proceed.
3.) Once you click, you will be redirected to the late claim page. Please read the note carefully and fill in the information under Billing Details. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed.

4.) Review the information, and once ready, click Submit for Review. A pop-up box will appear. Kindly provide your remarks/reason for the late claim submission before confirming.
Claims should ideally be submitted within the SLA from the patient’s check-in date until the next working day before 11:59 PM.
Late claims require remarks explaining the reason and may be reviewed, with a risk of non-reimbursement if not justified.
