Corporate HRs may also choose to suspend and/or terminate employees directly and immediately from the exported employee listing Excel sheet. To do so, follow these steps:
- Go to your HealthMetrics portal, select Employees and click on the Export to Excel option.
- Once clicked, the employee listing Excel sheet will downloaded onto your computer. Open the Excel file and look for the Employee Status column from the Employees tab.
- Under the Employee Status column, key in "Suspended" to suspend employee(s) and/or "Terminated" to terminate employee(s) accordingly.
- Reupload the updated employee listing Excel file, click on Employees and select the Import employees.
- Import the Excel file. Choose your file to upload and upload accordingly.
- Click the Verify button to ensure no error exists in the Excel file uploaded. When everything is fine, click Save and you will be notified when the upload is a success.
- Once done, the employees who have been updated will have the status as Suspended and/or Terminated.
