Now, corporate HRs will be able to manage terminated more effectively and instead of deactivating and/or deleting employee profiles, corporate HR scans now opt to terminate employees. Additionally, this feature will also help to monitor and prevent excess utilisation of employee benefits when the employee leaves the company.
To terminate an employee correctly, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your HealthMetrics portal, click on Employees and search for the particular employee using their name/ NRIC/passport number under the Search box.
- Next, click on Actions and Edit
- Click on Terminate employee followed by choosing the last employment date from the digital calendar.
- Lastly, click on the Save button to apply the changes.

After selecting a date, if there is any excess utilisation, a table will appear if there is any form of excess utilisation (highlighted in red as per the image below).
Note: Kindly liaise with your employees outside of HealthMetrics in claiming their excess utilisation.
If the last employment date is backdated, a warning will appear indicating that the action is irreversible.
