1- Can my HR apply for my Post-Hospitalisation GL?
No. You will have to apply the Post-Hospitalisation GL on your own via your HealthMetrics Employee App.
The panel hospital can apply on their behalf.
Ultimately, you may reach out to our 24-hour Corp Support for further assistance on this.
2- How many Post-Hospitalisation GL can I apply at once?
You may submit multiple GL applications at once.
3- How soon will my Post-Hospitalisation GL will be approved?
Within 1 hour provided where all the details are aligned with the your insurance/inpatient policy.
4- Can I apply Post-Hospitalisation GL for my dependent?
Yes, you can. You may choose your dependent's name under Member Name upon applying the GL (refer to Step 2 in the screenshot above)
5- I do have an inpatient benefit but why am I not seeing the Post-Hospitalisation GL feature/button on my app?
First, please ensure you have the latest version of HealthMetrics Employee application.
Secondly, the feature/button will only appear if you have an existing admission record with us.
