How long does the reimbursement claim take to process?

We will review and approve the submitted claim within 3 working days, provided that it is in compliance with your company policy.

The payout of the reimbursement claim typically takes 15 - 21 working days after being approved and marked for payment. During the 15-21 working days, your claim will be in Approved > Processing Payout > Paid status.

If your claim's status has been in Approved or Processing Payout for more than 15 - 21 working days, please reach out to our Customer Support team for further assistance.
