- Setting up a Pre-Employment Benefit Group
From the menu bar list on your left, click on Benefit Group → Click on Outpatient → Create new benefit group → Pre-Employment benefit group - Type in the following to complete the benefit group setting:
a) Name of the benefit group
b) Choose the package(s) available. You may select additional test at an additional price by ticking the option box
c) Then click on Save - Create an employee profile
a) From the menu bar list on your left, click on Employees → Click on Create new employee button → Key in employee details → Select the pre-employment benefit group type → Click on Save.
b) Fill up the employee details and click on Save.
c) Choose the pre-employment benefit group and click on Save. - Proceed to print the pre-employment letter which consists of 2 pages.
a) Click on Actions → Click on Print Letterb) HR may choose the panel(s) available based on the package selected.
c) Print the above letter and give it to the new employee. The letter will be shown to the HMS panel clinics to prove their identity as they are not officially/confirmed yet as an employee.
d) The consent letter above is to be signed by the new employee. The signed copy should be passed to the HMS panel clinics in order for them to upload the test results into HealthMetrics system.
Things to note:
The profile of the new employee will be automatically suspended:
- after 30 days of creation
- after the panel clinic has submitted the medical report into the system
Do take note that Pre-Employment is a paid module. If you wish to include the Pre-Employment module in your Benefit Groups, kindly reach out to our Corp Support for assistance.
