If you do have the Non-Panel Reimbursement (NPR) module where you allow your employees to submit claims directly from their HMS Employee App, you may enable or disable this feature for your employees based on their Benefit Group Mobile App settings.
- From the left menu bar of your HealthMetrics portal, click on the Benefit Groups and click on Outpatient.
- Click on the Actions button from the Benefit Group you wish to add the Health Screening benefit and proceed to click on Edit.
- Under the Mobile App tab, enable the Can submit claim from mobile app setting.
💡By doing so, those employees in this Benefit Group may submit their claims directly from their HMS Employee App. - To confirm your changes, click on the Save All button on the top right side of the screen.
- HR may advise the employee to refresh their HMS Employee App to see the Submit Claims feature.
