As mentioned in HealthMetrics agreement to all our panel GP clinic, all claims are to be submitted within 24 hours of the check-in time of a patient. What happen if you miss the 24 hours mark? You can still request for a late submission within the HealthMetrics Portal, however HealthMetrics does not guarantee if the late submission request can actually be claimed.
Why? Because the entitlement of HealthMetrics patient/member is a live figure where patient/member can visit another panel for other treatments which will affect his/her balance and/or the patient/member's status can change from the check-in time until the time that you actually requested for a late submission.
