Before HealthMetrics can proceed to process your request i.e., top-up, specialist claim and/or late claim submission request, we may send a medical query that the hospital are required to reply before us proceeding to the panel hospitals' requests.
1. Head to Outpatient specialist dashboard and look under the Outstanding tab
2. Under the Outstanding tab, kindly look for the relevant outpatient GL no. and look for the Reply query button and click on it
3. Once clicked on Reply query, fulfill and attend to the query submitted by us either by downloading the necessary attachment and complete the said attachment and reupload the said attachment.
Once completed tick on Completed medical query form(s) and click on Submit reply
NOTE: It is important to note that the panel hospitals are required to REPLY the medical queries sent by us before we proceed to process the panel hospitals' request of either top-up, outpatient specialist claim submission and/or late claim submission request. Failure to do will lead to further delay to such requests!
