Kindly follow below steps upon logging in.
- Kindly copy and paste the link in the URL box. https://portal.marinebenefits.no/
- Kindly proceed to Member Portal. There are two access points that the member can select:
Full Access
This gives the member full access to our services and total control over personal data. This method allows for the creation of online reimbursement claims and the request of personal and sensitive information. This requires SMS verification, and not recommended to use when on board.
Limited Access
This gives the member restricted access to personal data and limited use of our services. Due to lack of cellular connection, it is recommended you use this access while on board. No SMS verification required.
- Input the MBAS ID number and the nominated password.
- For the Full Access log in, you need to input the One-time Pin (OTP) that was sent to your registered mobile number.
Once logged in, you may now view and access your member portal account.
No User Found Error
The following steps should be taken to assist members who are experiencing errors during the registration process.
1. Kindly request for a screenshot of the error along with all the information entered upon the registration process.
2. Send the copy of screenshot including the error details via email to MBAS Manila for additional verification.
3. Let the member know that their issue has been escalated to Marine Benefits (MB) for appropriate assistance and they will receive a response directly from MB.
