To check on the pending or outstanding invoices, the authorized HR / Admin / Finance can kindly log into your HealthMetrics portal and the information will be available immediately on the dashboard.
Referring to the image below, the Open Balance is the total outstanding amount your company have with HealthMetrics.
To go through this in detail, follow the steps below:
- Go to Transactions
- Filter the Transaction type to "Invoice"
- Click the Search button to generate the data
- Next, the below details will be available on your screen. For paid invoices, the status will appear as "Closed" and invoices with "Open" status mean they are yet to be paid.
