Accessing More Articles

Hello, you made it! Welcome to HealthMetrics' Help Centre. 

This is where you have access to articles that are crafted by our team, on all of the available features and functionalities of the HealthMetrics Portal. 

Fun fact: The knowledge base articles have been growing steadily since 2017 thanks to you. We now have a total of 350 articles in the help centre and it is still growing. 

We have made some articles public, however, due to intellectual property rights, the majority of our articles are restricted. In order to gain full access to all of the articles, you are required to sign into our help centre. Kindly follow the below step by step to access all restricted articles. 

 Step 1: Click on Sign in, then click on Get a password.

Step 2: Input your work email address or the email address that you have registered in HealthMetrics Portal and click Submit. We will then send you an email to reset your password for our Help Centre. 

Step 3: Check your inbox to complete the process of setting a new password. 

Step 4: Enjoy all the articles crafted.
