Do I need to make payment for the treatment received?

(Outpatient) GP/Dental/Optical Visit: No payment will be needed unless the final billed amount exceeds your provided entitlement per visit / per day / per year.

(Outpatient) Specialist Visits: No payment will be needed unless the final billed amount exceeds the guaranteed amount stated on your GL or when you have received any uncovered treatments/items.
