What is the payment term for panel GP, Dental and Optical Service Providers?

For GP, Optical, and Dental services, the payment term is 60 days for existing panel providers. However, the Managed Care Platform Agreement has been amended. Effective February 2026, providers who apply to HealthMetrics under and have signed the revised Managed Care Platform Agreement are governed by the new terms, which stipulate a 90-day payment term, calculated from the invoice bill generation date within the HealthMetrics Portal.
