I've recently changed to a different company which uses HealthMetrics too. Can I use my existing HealthMetrics Employee App account?

If your new company uses HealthMetrics too, follow the steps below to access your HealthMetrics Employee App account.

If you're using the same phone number:
1. Launch your HeathMetrics Employee App.
2. Click Login.
3. Login via the same registered mobile number.
4. Once you have logged in, you will see your HealthMetrics e-card state your name with your new company name now.

If you're using the same email address:
1. Launch your HeathMetrics Employee App.
2. Click Login.
3. Login via the same registered email address.
4. Once you have logged in, you will see your HealthMetrics e-card state your name with your new company name now.

In case you have forgotten your login credentials:
1. Launch your HeathMetrics Mobile App.
2. Click Login.
3. Click Forgot Password.
4. Proceed to fill up the required fields accordingly.
5. Choose the method listed below to reset your password. You may choose either to retrieve the OTP to your registered phone number or registered email.

6. Click Next Step.
7. Key-in your OTP via your preferred method from Step 5 and click Next Step.
8. Reset your new password from your existing Login ID.

9. Once done, you may log in via the new password you have reset.
