We’re excited to announce that new security enhancements launched on 17th February 2025 to give you (portal users) greater visibility and control over your account activities. Here’s what’s coming:
🔍 1. Login Activity Log
Easily track your login activities from your account. View details like timestamps, IP addresses, and locations to ensure your account is secure at all times.
📩 2. Account Lockout Notifications
Receive immediate email alerts if your account gets locked due to multiple failed login attempts. Stay informed and take quick action if it isn’t you.
🔓 3. Account Reactivation Notifications
Get notified as soon as your account is reactivated, whether automatically or by an admin. This keeps you updated on any changes to your account status.
✅ 4. Successful Login Notifications
For added peace of mind, you’ll receive an email every time your account is successfully logged in, including details like login time, IP address, and location.
These updates are part of our ongoing commitment to strengthen your account security while giving you full control over your login activities.
To enable these notifications, simply follow the steps below:
1- Login to your HealthMetrics portal and click on your company name on the left.
2- Choose Manage My Account.
3- Update your email notification preference by tick ✅ accordingly. It is automatically saved.
4- You can navigate to My Login Activities to check all the login attempts done via your HealthMetrics login credentials.
There are 2 types of email notifications, and the sample email is as follows:

Account locked-out notification
To disable these notifications, simply follow the steps below:
1- Go to Account Settings → Manage My Account.
2- Click Disable 2FA.
3- Confirm the action and receive a notification of the change.
4- OTP will be triggered to your registered email address. Proceed to click the Confirm button after filling in the OTP.
5- Once confirmed, you will get the confirmation ✅ pop-up notification.
6- An email confirmation will be sent out to you.
