Settings - Setting Up TIN collection for e-Invoice (Panel)

In conjunction with the e-Invoice rollout occurring on 1st Jan 2025 in Malaysia, HealthMetrics will be undertaking an exercise to collect our corporate business information for e-Invoice submission to LHDN.

It is mandatory for you to upload your business information via your HealthMetrics portal directly by the end of this year.

What do you need?

1. Tax Identification Number, TIN
2. Business Registration Number, BRN (new version) or Clinic Registration Number, CRN
3. SST registration number (If you are SST registered, else no need)
4. e-invoice PIC name
5. e-invoice PIC contact
6. e-invoice PIC work email

Follow the steps below:

1. From your HealthMetrics portal, click Administration from your left menu bar.
2. Proceed to click Settings.
3. Navigate to the IRBM MyInvois tab.
4. Fill in all 6 pieces of information. (If all of it is not filled up, it will not be saved)
5. Click Save All once done.
   
6. If the information filled in is wrong or the TIN is invalid, an error message will pop up preventing the users from saving.

1. Where can I get my company's TIN?
Only the Director of the company is able to retrieve it by logging in to https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/. Alternatively, you may get your TIN via the methods below:-
a) Via online through MyTax at the following link: https://mytax.hasil.gov.my ;
b) HASiL Live Chat;
c) HASiL Care Line at [phone] / [phone] (Overseas);
d) Customer Feedback Form at HASiL’s Official Portal; or
e) Nearest HASiL Branch.

2. What is the format for TIN?
You may find the format at https://www.hasil.gov.my/media/1iblexbc/malaysia-tin.pdf
3. I am a sole proprietor and do not have a BRN. What should I do?
You (the business owner) may use your own NRIC.
For non-Malaysian business owners, you may use your Passport Number/MyPR/MyKAS ID Number.
4. I am a sole proprietor, what should I use for my TIN?
You (the business owner) may use your own NRIC with the "IG" in front of your NRIC number - refer to the image attached below.
For passport holders, please log in to https://mytax.hasil.gov.my/ to retrieve your TIN.
