The launching of the HealthMetrics e-Pharmacy Dispensing Service is to further assist individuals who are currently taking Long Term Medication (LTM) for their chronic illness in obtaining their medications in a simpler and easier way.

HealthMetrics is now collaborating with Teleme (one of our Telehealth Partners) to provide a wide range of LTM for you!

Follow the step-by-step guidelines below in requesting a refill from a physical pharmacy store (Health Lane Family Pharmacy).

Important Notes

1. e-Pharmacy Program is only for users who are stable and compliant with their regular long-term medication.​
2. If you seek an urgent refill, you may utilize this method - subject to the opening hour of the pharmacy.
3. Charges applicable:
   Teleconsultation (require doctor's opinion): RM 15
   Refill charges without a valid prescription: RM 7
