HealthMetrics e-Pharmacy Service for Long-Term Medications (LTM)

The launching of the HealthMetrics e-Pharmacy Dispensing Service is to further assist individuals who are currently taking Long Term Medication (LTM) for their chronic illness in obtaining their medications in a simpler and easier way.

HealthMetrics is now collaborating with Teleme (our Telehealth Partner) to provide a wide range of LTM for you!

Follow the step-by-step guidelines below in requesting a refill or when you're requesting a new prescription via our HealthMetrics Employee Application.

Request your Long-Term Medication (LTM) Guidelines

From Step 7,

-> Proceed with chatting with the healthcare professional available for a prescription request refill.

-> During the chat, you should provide your most recent doctor visit date, latest blood test result (blood pressure/glucose, if any), and upload a prescription or medicine packaging to request a prescription refill.

-> You will be confirmed with the medicine info and tracking details on that chat.

-> Medicine should be delivered by our pharmacy partners to your doorstep within 3 working days upon confirmation.

Important Notes

1. e-Pharmacy Program is only for users who are stable and compliant with their regular long-term medication.​
2. This service is only available for non-urgent prescription refills and users are advised to refill their prescription 1 week before medication runs out.
3. Complimentary nationwide medicine delivery service (except cold chain delivery which only covers Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Johor Bharu, Kuantan, Kota Bharu, Seremban, Penang, Ipoh, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Kuala Terengganu).
4. RM15 for prescription service is applicable when you consult with the doctor available.
