We're Growing & We're Improving!
If you used the old HealthMetrics app before April 2026, this guide is for you.
Greyed out |

If you've experienced or have seen the above screen on our HealthMetrics Legacy App - fret not!
This article is for existing members only. If you're new to HealthMetrics and setting up for the first time, please go to Downloading the App & Registering instead.
What's Happening?
We have moved to a new app — HealthMetrics Global — which offers a cleaner interface, better performance, and a stronger foundation for future features. The old (Legacy) app has been decommision as of April 2026 and is now greyed out on the App Store and Google Play. It will be further discontinued later on in 2027.
Your benefits, dependants (where applicable), and claims history are all safe. They will pull through automatically once you register on the new app.
Important Dates

Please do not leave this until the last minute
There is no rush if you're reading this before 2027 — but switching sooner means you'll have time to get comfortable with the new app before the old one stops working NOTE. The legacy app will still function as normal after clicking on the "Close / X" Button on the "We've Gone Global" screen until its discontinuation in 2027. For users who have access to Telemedicine - you will have to continue using the legacy app for the service until we port over to the new global app. |
What You Need Before You Start
- Your smartphone with a working internet connection.
- Your Corporate Code. This is the same code you used for the old app — check with HR if you need it again.
- An email address or a social login account.
Step-by-step:
-
Download the new app
On your phone, open the Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for "HealthMetrics Global". Download and install the app.
-
Register — do not try to log in
Open the new app and tap Register. The new app is a separate account, so your old login will not work. Sign up with your email address or a social login. You may refer to First Time Registration & Login
-
Enter your Corporate Code
When prompted, enter your Corporate Code. This is the same code you used to register on the old app. If you cannot find it, ask your HR team — they can reissue it.
-
Your profile reconnects
Once the Corporate Code is accepted, the new app will match you to your existing profile. You should see your benefits, dependants, and past claims exactly as they were.
-
Uninstall the old app
Once you have confirmed everything is there, you can remove the old app from your phone. You do not need it anymore.
What's different about the new HealthMetrics app?
The new app is built on a fresh platform, which means:
- A cleaner, faster interface that is easier to navigate.
- Better support for new features as we roll them out — the old app could not be extended much further.
- Everything you had before is still here: your e-card, Panel Locator, Claim & Reimbursement, benefit balances, and dependant details.
Common Issues
-
I cannot find the new app in the store
Search for "HealthMetrics Global", not just "HealthMetrics". Use the links above if you want to go straight to the listing.
-
My old login does not work on the new app
That is expected. As part of our upgrade to the new HealthMetrics Global App, all MY and SG members are required to re-register the new app as it is a separate account. Tap Register, not Log In, and sign up again.
-
My Corporate Code is not being accepted
Check with your HR team that you are using the current code for your company. If it still does not work, contact HealthMetrics support.
-
My profile is not pulling through after registration
Do not register a second time or create a new account. Contact HealthMetrics support so we can support you accordingly.
-
I still need to see something in my old app
Your claim history, dependants, and past activity all move across to the new app when you register. You do not need to keep the old app open.
