Find a panel clinic, dental practice, optical centre, or specialist near you using the HealthMetrics app.

Finding a Panel Healthcare Provider

1. Open the HealthMetrics app and tap Providers (or Panel Listing) from the bottom navigation bar.
2. A map view will appear showing panel providers near your current location. You can also switch to a list view.
3. Tap a red pin on the map to view in detail a provider's details — name, address, contact number, and available services.

Panel Locator Features

The Panel Locator includes several tools to help you narrow your search:

• Filter by service type — show only GP clinics, dental, optical, or health screening providers, depending on your plan.
• Search by postcode, street name, or town — useful when you're looking for providers in a specific area.
• Map or list view — toggle between a map of nearby pins or a scrollable list.
• Location detection — the app can detect your current location to show providers within a 1km radius. You'll need to allow location access in your phone settings for this to work.

Things To Know

Not all clinics in Malaysia are part of the HealthMetrics panel network. If a clinic you want to visit is not listed, cashless service will not be available there. You would need to pay out of pocket and submit a reimbursement claim, if your employer allows it.

The panel network covers 6,000+ providers across Malaysia. If you're unable to find one near you, contact us and we'll help you locate the closest available option.

Do take note that our panel of healthcare providers may have our HealthMetrics Panel Healthcare Provider sticker attached on their clinic premises but they may not be a panel of choice of your employer and thus, cashless service may not be rendered. Thus - kindly do locate your nearest panel healthcare provider, selected by your employer accordingly through your HealthMetrics App for the most accurate listing.
