Dear panels, if you encounter "Collect cash" when checking-in patients, please do the following steps below:
- If patient shows Collect cash, please DO NOT Collect cash but "Check-out without claim" first as shown below:
- Once check out, please try checking in the patient again and see if it still Collect cash".
- If the system still shows "Collect cash" please Check-out without claim as per step 1.
- Then, please click on the link & follow detailed step-by-step to clear cache & cookies according to your internet browser type as below:

Microsoft Edge: click here - Once step 4 above is done, please try checking in patient again & see if "Collect cash" still appears.
