Kindly be informed that following the consolidation & acquisition of Citibank’s consumer banking service by UOB, Citibank has discontinued their Cheque Deposit Service via Cheque Deposit Machine at all former Citibank branches.
Moving forward, Citibank is only accepting cheque payments in the below 2 ways moving forward:
1. Deposit cheques into dropbox located at the Citibank HQ - Jalan Ampang branch
2. Mail-in cheques to Citibank’s Jalan Ampang branch

With this change in effect, we would recommend for cheque payments to be made to our Public Bank Account instead for ease of access, as per below details:

For all cheque payments - it is imperative to send us the payment advice for our acknowledgement, otherwise, additional processing times may apply accordingly.
As for payments through online transfer (through GIRO/Rentas option ONLY and NOT INSTANT TRANSFER) - this service remains unchanged and thus we would highly recommend clients move towards with the method of online transfer - to the respective Virtual Account Numbers (VAN) attached in our invoices for quicker payment updates and to prevent any delays in payment updates moving forward.
