1. By default, there will always be one (1) Admin user in your HealthMetrics portal and this user cannot be deleted but can be edited e.g. change of email address per se.
2. There is no limit to how many users you may have in your HealthMetrics portal.
3. Those who have access to your HealthMetrics portal may have the ability to alter your HealthMetrics settings e.g. change of benefits limit, or change of employee info. Hence, kindly ensure those who have access to your HealthMetrics portal are granted the right permissions - Read through the Roles setup article here.
