Curlec Payment Gateway
The Curlec Payment Gateway feature allows corporate users to make payments to their open invoices through the HealthMetrics Portal.
The advantages are as follows:
- The credit balance is reflected automatically once the payment is made.
- Simplify the payment workflow.
The current payment method allowed is FPX.
Make Payment
- Go to Transactions
- Click the blue Make Payments button.
- You can select one or multiple invoices. After selection, click on Make Payment button on the bottom right of the screen.
- You can review the information. Upon reviewing, you can proceed with Checkout.
- A modal will pop up for you to make payment.
✅ Success
1- In the scenario of a successful payment the following message will appear.
2- A receipt number will be given, as well as the option for you to print receipt.
💡Note: Following this page, the payments will be created and applied to the relevant invoice.
Receipts can be accessed through the payment listing as well.
⌛ Pending
1- In the scenario that the payment is pending bank approval, the following would appear:
This requires you to go to your respective banks to approve/authorize the payment for Curlec to receive it.
2- You can have multiple pending payments (Pending approval/authorization) at once. If so, the following notice would appear on the top of the make payment page.3- The order ID would be the internal ID for HMS internal reference in the scenario of troubleshooting.
💡Note: In the scenario that the payment is pending. There is a limit of 3 days for bank approval, else the funds will be auto-refunded.
A payment can only remain pending for 72 hours. After 72 hours have elapsed, the funds will be auto-refunded.
E.g.: On 10:42 AM, 24th Sep, a payment is initiated. By 10:42 AM on 27th Sep, if no transaction is detected, the payment will be refunded.
❗Failure
1- In the scenario of failure (might be due to multiple reasons). The following error message will appear.
2- You can return to the make payments page to retry the same order.
💡Note: Portal will only store one instance of tried payment.
Frequently Asked Question (FAQ)
1- What payment methods are available?
Currently, we only accept FPX.
2- When will my corporate credit balance be updated after making a payment?
Your corporate credit balance will be updated immediately after a successful payment is made.
3- I see a “Pending Processing” status on my payment. How do I resolve this?
A “Pending Processing” status means that bank authorization is required. As this is dependent on the arrangement with your provider bank.
4- What happens if I do not authorize the transaction?
If the transaction is not authorized within 3 days, the pending payment will be cancelled and your funds will be automatically refunded.
5- Where can I track my payments?
You can track all payments in the Payment Listing section, where you can view the status of all your transactions.
6- How can I get a receipt for my payment?
To obtain a receipt, go to the Payment Listing, click on "Actions," and select "Print Receipt."
