GP Limit not deducted after visit on 31/01/2022

I went to see a physician at Klinik Dr Selvaa, 30, Jalan Tps 1/2, Taman Pelangi, 43500 Semenyih, Selangor as it was listed nearest to my residential area last 31 January 2022.

As to date, the visit was not recorded in my Claim history and the balance was not deducted.

Please look into this matter as the clinic may not be getting payment for the visit.
