To calculate available credit for drug supply

This widget is to monitor the open balance available to order medication and medical supplies from Origin Pharmacy in one glance. 

The widget display 4 main information: 

Open balance	The total amount to be received from HealthMetrics in the next payment cycle. Or the amount that can be utilised to purchase medication and medical supplies from Origin.
A) Open invoice amount	Accumulated amount of unpaid invoices for services provided or the amount of claims submitted to HealthMetrics.
(B) Open licensing fee invoice amount	Accumulated amount of licensing fee charged to panel GP.
(C) Open credit note amount	Accumulated amount of any voided or adjusted claims.
