Checking Status of Fulfilment Request

Change of status will trigger push notification within the mobile app or web app for your reference.

Types of Status	Details
Submitted	Fulfillment request successfully submitted via Mobile App or by Telemedicine Provider.
Acknowledged	Fulfillment request received by Pharmacy Provider and medication is being prepared.
Partially fulfilled	Medication(s) are dispensed monthly, the rest of the medication(s) will be dispensed in the subsequent month.
Fulfilled	All medication(s) have been successfully dispensed and prescription has been fulfilled.
