If you believe you have encountered an issue with the mobile app or web app, please follow the steps below in reporting the mobile app issue to us:
- Firstly, kindly screenshot the particular issue/problem encountered in the opened mobile app interface and then draw or mark the particular issue encountered as below:
- Next is to include your email address and also to describe in detail the encountered issue/problem
Once the email address and full description have been included, proceed to tap on Submit
- Once submitted, an email will be sent to your email address that you have included earlier for follow-up and updates on the earlier reported mobile app issue.
- Alternatively, tap on the 3 dots icon on the bottom right hand corner of the mobile app and tap on Report a bug which will show you step-by-step detail of the mobile app bug reporting workflow as highlighted in steps 1 - 3 above.
- Depending on the complexity of the issue, we will follow-up and constantly update on the progress of the mobile app issue up until resolution of the said issue.
