Do I need to print out a copy of my approved GL?

No, not needed. Our panel service provider will print it out at their end during check-in/registration. 

All you need to do is inform the hospital that you are covered under HealthMetrics and show your GL code to them. Hospital will print out the GL from system and you are required to sign for consent.
