When trying to log in to our HealthMetrics system/portal, at times you may be redirected to a while/blank page that shows "Redirecting" but it does not actually redirect you to the portal/system itself, example as below:
Here's one way to troubleshoot this issue/problem.
- Go to address bar of the web browser that you're using to log in to the portal e.g., Google Chrome/Mozilla Firefox/Microsoft Edge
- Make sure the URL/address is https://app.healthmetrics.com/
- Using your mouse, highlight the extra characters after https://app.healthmetrics.com/ and highlight them all the way to end in the browser address bar.
- From your keyboard, press on the Backspace key to clear the extra characters after https://app.healthmetrics.com/ to look like below.
- From your keyboard, press on the Enter key to get to the HealthMetrics portal and it should redirect and load into the HealthMetrics portal/system.
- Once successful, you should be able to load/log in to your HealthMetrics portal.
